Very tight and stable fit

You will need a serious tool to push this in, but afterwards it will stay rock solid. Of course your red dot will be much higher than in a milled slide, but at least you can go back. Very good product with variety of cut standards including Trijicon RMR/SRO and C-More RTS in one plate. Highly recommend!

Can’t escape Colt’s unusual and proprietary mount

I ordered this mounting plate in hopes that I could find an aftermarket plate for my Colt optic ready competition .45. Unfortunately the plate does not match up with Colt’s weird optic cut slide. It appears that upon release of this new pistol, Colt had still not produced a mounting plate capable of supporting any optic, therefore exaggerating the claim of an “optic ready” pistol. I obviously was grasping at straws when I ordered a plate from you. Needless to say, this release of a so called optic ready pistol is narrowly treading a fine line between reality and fraudulent advertising. Unfortunately your optic plate will not fit on this pistols slide.

Red dot mount, 1911, great item

A little filing and it fit like a mitt, the people at this company are top notch, I would recommend dealing with them.

Support/adaptator red dot sight

It is well made, the red dot sight mounts well, but for the price paid, I regret that the dovetail is a different dimension of 1mm than on the Colt 1911 slide and requires re-machining and adjustment for fit.

Use Night Fision- cheaper/ better/ reliable

I spent A LOT of time researching the Nocturne- C and my new Shadow 2 carry so I can help the community learn. As you can see here, even most STAFF don’t know or care enough to say so… go to Night Fision and use the “p-series” (pictured below). Its time we start punishing these companies for not knowing their own products, sharing the information we have with each other, and finding a dealer that offers the best quality and price to us the FIRST time. Do NOT use this company or give them your money.

CZ P-09 NOCTURNE night sights with tritium | type A

To clarify the situation - you asked us 2 days ago 'whether the p-09 nocturne sights will work on shadow 2 carry'.
We responded that they will not work.

You wrote back in similar manner as here (that is - very pasionately) that we advised wrongly.

But we did not advise wrongly. Why? Because although the sights are the same dovetail cut, they are different heights. So if you install Nocturne or Sig P320 sights on Shadow 2 Carry, they will technically fit, but on shooting range you will soon discover that you shoot higher than you are supposed to, when using such sights. The reason is that Carry has front sight 0.5mm lower.

In short - we advised you correctly because we were dealing with this question already too many times and knew the answer. Else we would not advise.

We are amazed that you decided to write us bad review because of our advise, but that is up to you.
