Optics ready plates for Canik models

This collection contains optic plates for Canik pistols with a factory optic cut. Plates are available for the METE and for the TP9 SFx, TP9 Elite and TP9 SFx Rival models. The plate goes into the optic cut and lets you mount a red dot with a matching footprint.

Two plate families

• Canik METE: one plate, an Outer Impact type C. It fits Trijicon RMR, C-More RTS and Docter footprints. See Optics ready plates for Canik METE.
• Canik TP9 SFx, TP9 Elite and TP9 SFx Rival (S): one optic cut for all these models. The plates fit the TP9 SFx and SFx mod.2, the TP9 Elite Combat and the TP9 SFx Rival. See Optics ready plates for Canik TP9 Elite.

A METE plate does not fit the TP9 models, and the other way round. Check your model before you order.

Footprints for the TP9 models

For the TP9 family, three plates cover most pistol red dots:

• Toni System type A: Shield RMSc, Leupold DPP and Docter.
• Toni System type B: Trijicon RMR and C-More RTS.
• Outer Impact type C: Trijicon RMR, C-More RTS and Docter.

Toni System machines its plates from aluminium in Italy, Outer Impact from aluminium in the USA.

Installation

Remove the factory cover plate from the optic cut. Screw the optic plate into its place, then screw the red dot onto the plate. No milling is needed and you can do it yourself. Threadlocker on the screws is recommended.

Frequently asked questions

Can I install an optic plate on my Canik at home?

Yes. You need no gunsmith and no milling.

1. Remove the cover plate from the optic cut.
2. Screw the optic plate into the cut.
3. Screw the red dot onto the plate.

Put a drop of threadlocker on every screw.

Which red dots will fit my Canik?

It depends on the plate you choose. Every plate takes one footprint or a group of footprints. For Canik pistols we have plates for the Trijicon RMR, Shield RMSc, Leupold DPP, Docter and C-More RTS footprints.

Choose your red dot first and find its footprint in the specifications. Then take the plate with the same footprint.

Does a TP9 plate fit my METE?

No. The METE has its own plate, the Outer Impact type C for Trijicon RMR, Docter and C-More RTS. The TP9 plates fit the TP9 SFx, TP9 Elite and TP9 SFx Rival-S.

I have a Holosun 507K. Which plate do I need?

None of our Canik plates takes the Holosun K-series footprint of the 507K. For a Canik, choose a red dot with the Trijicon RMR, Shield RMSc, Leupold DPP, Docter or C-More RTS footprint.
