Sights for Colt Delta

Sight fitment for the Colt Delta is covered here in full - it is a 1911-pattern Colt, sharing fitment with other Colts machined to the same cut. The Delta Elite is Colt's 10 mm 1911, a hunting and long-range handgun cartridge housed in the same Novak-cut slide as Colt's 9 mm and .45 ACP guns.
